Actually, my title is a lie. I once did a drawing of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for a classmate in grade school - I charged him 50 cents. *heh*

Check out my gig w/ SME Branding, NYC - the client was the Jewish National Fund and I did a white board dry erase cartoon for their upcoming JNF Summit for April 2013. Woot!

Took a prize @ MoCCafest NY last weekend during the Big City Dare 2 Draw panel! woot! Had a blast! Chris & I met some really cool people and also had a few pages of "Sleep to Awake" critiqued by Simon Frasier. Was very happy w/ the constructive criticism! Hopefully, next year, if all goes well, STA will have our very own booth!

I shall blog again soon re: my next Coffee Break Comics comic & my adventures in landscaping - codename: Operation Green!

Hello everyone. Happy Monday evening to you. It feels like it's been a really long weekend - and part of it is because I had a 1/2 day @ work this past Friday. With the exception of Sunday, I feel like I've been really productive the last few days. Working on the websites, the webcomic, the house.. .and if you count catching up on some Netflix movies, then I guess you can consider Sunday as productive as well. :-)

And the Knicks get back to their winning ways.. . Hello you. You have stumbled upon the official portfolio of Brian Joseph Miguel and I am Brian Joseph. Pleased to meet you. And btw, call me "BriJo." It's a nickname that I developed freshman year of college.

I just got back from a little break. Made some dinner and finished watching "The Walking Dead." DAMN GOOD episode! I have to say - these past 2 episodes have made up for the sloth-like movement of the first half. Did they really have to spend that much time @ farm looking for Sophia? They could have easily completed that in half the time.. Rick still keeps making dumb moves - at the end of last week's episode, I thought the dumbness was behind him. But then he went and 1) called out to the other survivor's and 2) took in the one guy that was trying to snipe them. Looks like he's had enough of Shane's bullshit though.. can't wait for next week!

Anywho. Welcome again to my portfolio. Here you will find samples of artwork over the last year or so. Mostly pin-ups and sequential art from a few web comic projects that I am working on. Eventually, the artwork will be broken down into specific sections to make it THAT much easier to navigate. So - thanks again for visiting and make sure you stop by every so often.
